Welcome to the
National Equal Opportunities Conference
for Higher Education 2025!

Uppsala University is happy to host this year's conference and to offer two inspiring days where we delve into important and current issues around equal opportunities. Through engaging lectures, discussions and examples of research-based practical work around equal opportunities, we will explore how we can create a more inclusive higher education sector and a work environment where everyone can work and study while treating each other with respect.

The conference offers a dynamic mix of seminars, workshops and presentations - in both Swedish and English. There will also be plenty of opportunities to network and share experiences.

The conference is open to everyone involved in the higher education sector - students, doctoral students, teachers, researchers and administrative staff - and representatives from authorities, companies and other interested parties.

The program will be announced shortly. Registration opens on May 5.

Venue

The conference venue is the Uppsala University Main Building (“Universitetshuset”), Biskopsgatan 3, Uppsala.

Accessible entrance is available at the back of the building, from Övre Slottsgatan 7D.
